Take a look at the last year:

• what have you achieved?
• what are you proud of for your business?
• what could have gone better?
• how can you improve on last year?

Now look at the blank page ahead of you for 2010…

• What do you want to achieve by December 31st 2010?
• What will it take to get you where you want to be?
• What do you really want your business to look like?
• What do you want people to think about when they hear about your business?
• What do you want your employees to think – how do you want them to act?
• What steps do you know you need to take that you have so far put off?
